Stacey received her B.A. in Political Science with concentrations in philosophy and law from Niagara University in 2012. She graduated summa cum laude and received an award for the Best Honor’s Thesis in Political Science. Stacey received her J.D. from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2015, graduating magna cum laude. While in law school, Stacey was an active member of the Women Lawyers of Western New York, and a student attorney for the Affordable Housing and Community Development Clinic. She also participated in trial and appellate advocacy programs, including the Northeast Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition, and received the Robert J. Connolly Trial Technique Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy.
