Our Real Property practice group is an integral part of our practice as a whole. The firm represents property and business owners, lenders, investors, developers, contractors, architects, brokers and title companies in a broad range of real estate projects and claims.
Our lawyers have successfully handled matters involving easements and property line disputes, errors and omissions, adverse possession, prescriptive use, title insurance disputes, breach of contract, fraud and leasehold disputes. Other matters have included commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, landslides and other soil failure, bankruptcy and foreclosure, and even elder abuse matters concerning real estate transfers.
We work closely with our real estate clients to meet their goals, we are a strong proponent of preventative lawyering and we strive to keep clients apprised of changes in real estate, environmental and land use laws.
